Tyler SpanglerPublished on: 18/09/2024
Truck Transmission Specialists (TTS) provide a guide for adjusting shift points on Ford trucks to enhance performance. They recommend electronic tuning for modern models, which requires professional expertise and specialized tools, and mechanical adjustment for older trucks, involving intricate modifications to parts like shift springs or governor weights. Safety is crucial, and the truck must be on level ground with the parking brake engaged and the battery disconnected. Incorrect adjustments can damage the transmission, so professional help is advised. TTS offers expert transmission services with quick turnaround and encourages customers to visit their website for more information and assistance.
